He isnt staff... your not allowed to kick/ban/shutup staff. Plus he hasn't got a badge.

hes got both the gives rights and remove rights button so its probably a mod unless you edited that in. Dunno why no badge.

Maybe it is that only when they wear the Habbo staff badge that they cannot be kicked or be shutup from rooms? Frankly, I do not know the procedures a MOD must follow whilst on those accounts, but from experience, I think you would find that they are not to use their MOD accounts whilst off-duty.
Habbo MODs must wear their staff badge at all times while on the hotel.

All MOD's on duty show there badge, Most dont go online on there MOD account if there not on Duty. So i guess it's fake?
