Donater for Donations?

I just saw this thread, And im wondering if she should get something like 2 months donator for such a big donation

It is strange that the donator rank isn't given to people who donate to comps too! Sounds like a reasonable idea tbh :)

And I thought of this idea because 100 hcs and get nothing in return I know its a donation but we donate £1 and we get Coloured name so 100 hcs Is way more than £1 lol

technically it could be 100 pound lol. he means selling them. you could possibly sell each hc for a quid on ebay. probably about 50p now but thats still 50 quid

Only thing is people could get donator for 3hc!

Im not saying she doesnt deserve it, i mean people wouldnt be encouraged to donate,.

althoguh large donations should be rewarded - but I guess that is technically making people pay a certain amount?

I think it should be

Like

"Pay This person and 3 hcs and get donator"

That is £1 And it will help the forum out by having hcs for events.

You raise a good point, but I'm sure she did not donate just for donator :P

Also I don't like the idea of quantifying, give us this amount and we will give you this amount. People should give because they want to, the donator VIP type thing is a little different, though people can still give without receiving.

I do like the idea of giving out VIP at our discretion for those who are very generous.

Yeah, VIP should be given out in certain circumstances however it can't be seen as the donator paying for VIP because of the whole saga before, people should donate because they want to not just for benefits.

Yeh people who donate like 5 times and like 5 or more hcs at a time might get a month here and there
