Don't accept the friend request and kick and ban him from your rooms. If he does come to your house, your parents will be there, he can't do anything to you.
Plus he "Says" he is 18, he could just be some silly 13 year old being immature.
You should also report him, as he's harrassing you.
If I was you, I'd just say, "Why don't you try and come to my house then? And you'll see what's waiting for you.".
It's your choice if you say this, but I'd be angry if someone was threatening me.

If he just appeared out of nowhere, everything he's saying is not true, I wouldn't believe him, and no 18 year old would be that desperate for furni on a pixelated game, and if you didn't give him it, come to your house, obviously report.
