Lol I just got IP banned for joknig around with mates impersonating someone advertising a scam site.

I even said afterwards I am joknig btw.

OMG That's terrible. I got 30 day banned for advertising (jokingly) a porn site, which I even stated I was joking and not to go there. Even when I appealed it they said the ban stayed and I was lucky not to recieve a perm ban.

Call sulake, maybe you can get something done. I'm really sorry to hear that :(

@ Dom ~ never the less i think the moderator is kind of in the right to ban you as you are still actually advertising the site if you put its a joke after you still advertised it :(

Anyways Dom just make sure you dont get many of these bans as once you get a certain ammount they perm you which is un bannable cos my mates banned for something similar and hes perm lol

My life wasn't close to ending. I posted my experience with over reacting mods, and gave him some advice at the bottom, which you didn't feel like quoting. Why don't you get over what happened 2 years ago with you and wexen and get on with your life Ross?

My appeal took 2 weeks, in which they:
'Reviewed the chat log and ban reason and have found no harm blah blah blah'.
Good luck though, if you really want to be unbanned, call up HQ and talk to them :D

I have appealed its a bit annoying the fact that, someone actually reported..

The only people in the room (cept the spammer that actually asked people to go on it) were like casino gold hc users - one of them must have reported.. :S
