Don't know if its new or old but I've never seen it, a friend got muted for 10 minutes by a mod and usually you can use console right? He couldn't.

Yeah I'm sure I've seen it before I'm afraid (before they were so harsh on muting).
Is he able to send invites saying that he's muted cos if he can't then that is a new feature

Nice find. I wish they'd do something like that if your friend got banned. Like, send an automatic message to all online friends saying the length of the ban. So that they know, yknow?

isn't this the mute from when you say like "cam s(e)x" three times and you get muted, then no one can talk to you via console, or in rooms, even if you reload hotel you can only speak via mass console invites. This isn't strictly if you get muted by a MOD, it's for the auto too.

I don't think now, when you're two spaces away from a tele and double click, you don't move towards the tele anymore and when the tele is facing the wall, i don't think you can step out of the tele :S

no.. you have never been able to talk to anyone muted, this was used a while ago when the new console first came out but was taken away (Along with 'this user is offline') Since then the message just didn't send to the muted user..
It is an old feature. I was muted before february and I couldnt talk via console.Quote:
