i know the help team aint spiderman, they dont reply to my emails from any provider, they dont reply to the help tool emails i sent they dont reply to the appeals and they hang up when i speak to them.

Some times an automated email comes through - Do you reply to that?
Is your email set right to receive emails etc.
You can always call them up. Asking one of us to get you unbanned doesn't work, and it's not what they do at all lol, no matter how close :P
help tool i get no reply, waited 2 weeks emailed agen no reply used a diff email no reply, as soon as i meantion the account they hang up on the phone

they are so pathetic when they want to be; you think such a big company would have mature and professional PS staff. sure, they do their job well in some circumstances. however, if you get on their "wrong side" you won't last. they will check every single account for the last year until they find proof and then ban you. not that i'm talking from past experience :rolleyes:
