For image shack, you don't need a account, or even sign up.

All you do is browse for your picture, and it hosts it like that.

I got the money for merchanting after doing lots of time consuming treasure trails.
Sometimes i didn't get much but i sold the trimmed armour and gold armour. They aren't worth much alone but my money mounted up quickly. :)
