Honest opinion? None of them should win as i personally would not hire any single one of them.

I want Yasmina* to win.
Kate is my obvious choice but, judging from previous years, he doesn't pick the obvious candidate and those who usually seem perfect already he lets go. I get the feeling he believes they can do just as well without his job opportunity and offers the job to a candidate he can mould into what he's searching for.
if you look on the advert for the final kate is on sir alans left and yasmina on the right and if u watch he points to the left when he says Your Hired!
I reckon Claire will win. Must be my brilliant intuition ^_^

I think Kate should win, but Yasmina will probably win cos she's not so obvious. I would have thought the video of the "you're hired" on the advert would have been an old one to stop speculation.
