Just delete him and report him so that he can kept a close eye on.. I would sort of hide the URL if I where you, some people may go on it, and thats the last thing people need:P

normally the person has been hacked. and the hacker sends that out

I dont think i shud remove it because now people know about it and know not 2 go on it, they also know which one is a scam site
