Forgot to mention, You need itunes 8.2 and that means you can't jailbreak until the patcher apps have been updated.

It is all patched and jailbroken, but they refuse to release it until the official 3.0 release :(

Ive had it for a couple of months and honestly theres no point getting it until its released. Most of the new features come with the new APIs and I suppose all the apps that support it will be released the same day as 3.0.
