RIP.
I think it's all Macaulay Culkin's fault tbh, he was messing with some black magic. You seen the Aviva advert with him on right where he's like "REMEMBER ME", well clearly this news has made people talk about him again
My last point from the last thread;
How many more people are dying right now in this world? Where is the sympathy for them people - there is none. Some people need to get a grip.
bet someone with no respect thinking they're funny posts a joke anway!
anyway RIP! x
Very sad, despite it all there are 3 kids without a father
The only people that are arguing are probably the people who bought his concert tickets, lol ul.
Its sad, it really is and I'm genuinely sorry for his family, however the guy has went through so much in his life, he's done controversial things and has brought up his children in a strange way.. BUT, his contribution to the music world can't and won't be forgotten.
I'm just looking forward to the amount of people trying to remix Michael Jackson's songs now, gosh they'll all be cashing in like vultures. ;o
Oh crap, yeah also 3 kids without a dad is quite sad... forgot about that one. >_>
I swear that was one of the largest threads made in about 2 hours!!
Well can we keep those damn sick jokes outta this thread then?
Condolences to his family, obviously an immediate shock to them.
... Why did the other one get closed?! Was a pointless close, the majority of members weren't arguing or making jokes :S The other one should be re-opened due to gross mis-use of closing ability and lack of judgement :S
i think i can easily say the whole world is in shock at his death. and such a pity that his comeback tour was only a few weeks away...
Michael Jackson has inspired millions upon millions of people and is a worldwide icon and legend.
A baby that has died shortly after birth has not. Yes, they are still a person and their death will bring much sadness and sorrow to their loved ones - but Michael Jackson's death has a much larger effect on the worldwide community.
Your one of the people who need to get a grip to be honest - His kids may not have a father now, but how many children in this world are losing/lost a father or mother already. They arent' special :S:S
And Kardan who cares? Anyone that dies deserves sympathy - all I'm saying is he's not the only person who's died tonight - Who's more important your a relative or Michael Jackson? I'm sure a relative hasn't had that impact on the world and you'll miss them more/be more sympathetic if she died?
RIP Jacko, very sad, absolute legend.
RIP.
To be fair, there isn't a lot to be said on this matter. Fans can say "RIP" and then be done because that's all they really have to say, but people making jokes can keep coming up with them and therefore actually have more reason to post. Doesn't make sense for people to post the same message of condolences 10 times
Who cares? Look all over Twitter, the news, forums - you'll see that millions of people care.
Of course I'd be more upset when a relative of mine dies, but I never used that in my example. I said if a random person that none of us knows die, of course you'll extend your sympathies to their loved ones but you probably won't think twice about it and your life will carry on as normal.
R.i.p died on my birthday, well done.
All I'm saying is, yeah blahblah his a celebrity, he's this, he's that. But please - You've got to remember he's not the only one...
What an odd comment :S So it's either someone you don't know or a relative? What about people you don't personally know physically, that have contributed in some aspect of your life? Some people do get attached to people, musicians especially like Elvis for example. Are they not allowed to mourn someone they cared about, through their talent alone? I'd be upset if Cliff Richard died, because one of his songs was played at my dad's funeral. Some people listen to Jackson's music through the good and bad times, as he is gone, those good and bad times that have had an effect on you will have the same effect, but the person who made that slightly possible won't exist...
It's like if a doctor who helped you when you were ill passed away, you would feel some sort of sadness because he/she helped you out... Unless you're not human?
Did I say they did - no? I just said he's not the only one, and you've got to remember many many people die each day...
Is South Park still on? Or are they making a new series now? Because I'm sure an episode on Michael Jackson's death would be nothing short of ******* hilarious.
Oh and people, turn up the calm dial on your minds, you're all going crazy and arguing eachother. You all just gotta get along, he's dead, stop moaning at people who can get to grips with that quicker than you.
This argument comes up all the time about publicity - why do famous people get more publicity? - BECAUSE THEY ARE FAMOUS.
Stop ****** arguing you ****, every person who dies deserves sympathy, whether you like them or not, that's the bottom line, now stop with the bickering for christs sake.
And if i get infracted for putting people on the straight and narrow on this occasion then this forum is pathetic.
Stop arguing.
why did the chicken cross the road?
Yeah, but if Michael Jackson and his songs had some effect on your, you would be sad. Duh, why can't you undertstand that? If one of songs were played at a funeral, or if his songs were played during a fun gig or something, you would feel sad or at least some what interested in this turn of events. A nobody you know nothing about is a nobody. A "nobody" which you know something about has one up on them.
Stop ****** arguing you ****, every person who dies deserves sympathy, whether you like them or not, that's the bottom line, now stop with the bickering for christs sake.
