Lol I didn't know they still did ROTW and I didn't even know about a Newsletter Group :P.
No there never was prizes for ROTW. They don't even tell the winner they've won. When my mate Ali (21stcenturyfox) won, she didn't know until I told her. Oh and you never used to submit rooms for it.
They probably class it for a few things after you send it in if they like it :)
