Seriously, how pathetic is Big Brother now?

Anyone else with me in thinking that Big Brother is seriously pathetic now and thinks it should be shut down?

They throw a bunch of wierdos in every year but this year it's just ridiculous. I watched about 10 minutes of it last night and I wanted to physically throw myself into the TV just to turn it off. They are all so fake and stupid, I don't see what's entertaining about it :S? Another thing is that half the people in their arn't even British. What the **** is that all about?!

Seriously, why do you people watch this tripe?

I think it's stupid half the house aren't from the UK yeah, but I think it's quite okay this year not the best though. They are all playing "the game" bar Hira lol.

I used to like it.. now its just meh :/

I've liked past series but this series has been utter crap. They should take it off Channel 4 because not alot of the viewers watch it.

Big Brother still has a fairly good share of the audience at that time, although theres doubts on whether Channel 4 will be able to renew the contract after the eleventh series as Channel 4 is facing financial crisis, and ITV also is, which bidded against Channel 4 when the last contract was signed.

I prefer the Habbo one tbh. RACE TO THE END FTW.

It's dire. It should be replaced with proper entertainment, not watching people sit in a house all day.

You can say that about Im a celebrity.
Who would want to watch aload of random celebrities in the jungle and who would want to see them sit in the jungle allday

Right, this is like a massive misconception of Big Brother. 2 million people don't tune in to watch people laying around a house.

It's still entertaining. There's a good reason they put freaks etc in :P

It's not entertaining though, it's just embaressing.

You can compare it to Big Brother there both basically the same but ones in a jungle with celebs and ones in a house with randomers.
they both do tasks, they both get rid of people, they both have arguments and have people leave.

The ones in Big Brother make a bigger meal out of everything, which is pathetic when you compare what both shows require you to do :rolleyes:.

Maybe it isn't your cup of tea, you have to have had watched it from when the housemates walked in to enjoy it etc, if I didn't know what happened in the house and turnt it on for the first time when they're 8 weeks into the house I'd think it was **** too.

I'm bored of it, watched it because of Karly but it's been on for ages, on for far too long imo

No no, that doesn't matter. I watched the live show and numerous ones after it and it was just pathetic. It's terrible.

you all love people like sophie and rodrigo when they do f all then complain about the lack fo good housemates which you all vote out anyway!!! Like why the hell would you vote noirin/karly/sophia out theyre all way more entertaining than the people who went up against them. Stop complaining about the rubbish housemates when you want rid of them all anyway :) x
