Gunblade is a good anime.

IMO everyone should watch the movies that way its skipped the boring bit at the start that puts people off and the crews already formed so gets to the jokes and fights etc.

Robin, its in my sig lol. and episode numbers are diffrent 112 is still arabasta. 4kids was 112 because they cut episodes etc so you'l have to guess by the ep titles.

Some great animes that I have watched lately are K-On! And Gurren Lagann, I have also taken a liking in watching D.Grey Man :) Three great animes which if you have not seen you should check them out :) There is also another anime that has grown on me in the past, its called Keroro Gunso (Sgt. Frog) It is brilliant and funny, but the manga is better as its aimed for an older audience, but its still a great anime!

I thought K-On was a great short series which really had some great comical moments in it, If you are looking for a great storyline with action and romance then no, don’t watch K-On, but if you just want a nice easygoing anime to watch which will have some great comical moments in then yeah give K-On a TRY.
I have been meaning to watch Welcome to the N.H.K for ages but always pushed it aside :P The storyline does look great though and I will defiantly attempt to check it out.
Another great anime I would recommend seeing is Serial Experiments Lain.
I don't know what it is about K-ON! but I just hate it. Maybe because I've been exposed the some actual good music anime like Nodame Cantabile and Beck. K-ON! is a music anime in disguise. It's really just an anime where a couple of girls act dumb and make the audience feel like morons. Mio is alright though, I'd watch it if it centered around her only. This is entirely my opinion though, if you like it fair enough. :P
Have you ever seen Lucky Star? It's exactly like K-ON! but without the music, and well... it's good. Really good. The description you gave K-ON! actually fits Lucky Star perfectly. "A nice easy going anime with some great comical moments."
:P That’s why I loved K-ON! It was the fact it was about these girls who just did nothing but sit around and drink tea all day yet they were trying to make it in a band, I mean yeah if it was a huge series it would get boring after around 20 episodes of the same thing, but it was short and fresh and the little differences were the things that made me laugh. I don't think it was made to be a serious music anime so when I watched it I really didn’t really care of the musical side of it I just enjoyed the storyline that was these girls who want to make it to a big time show and all they do is the opposite of practise :DQuote:

Well Lucky Star is made by the same studio that made K-ON! and it's pretty much also about four girls who do nothing and chat about strange things. I found it oddly appealing. I like the style as well, and how can you say no to the opening.
Azumanga Daioh is also another series that is constantly compared to Lucky Star. It's pretty much the same thing but with different characters and animation. I still haven't finished it but it's pretty funny.
School Days is another great easy going anime with a lot of comical moments. This one actually has a plot though.
It was the opening that in fact turned me away from Lucky Star to begin with, I don't know why it just seemed a bit off-putting :P But with K-ON! I thought the opening was great!Quote:

Not sure if its relevent but i rewatched trigun not long ago and its got a pretty epic ending and backstory once it gets going. If your looking for something to watch and havnt seen it, i'd def recommened giving it a go. First few episolds are pretty basic, but once i gets chugging its great :)
I second this. Vash has one of the most interesting backstories ever in my opinion. Trigun is fantastic, and the last few episodes are absolutely brilliant. Not to mention the series also has the best villain ever - Legato Bluesummers! And also one of the best supporting characters ever - Nicholas D. Wolfwood! I think I'll rewatch Trigun next.Quote:
