It's not wrong as such, but it definitely warrants the owner and the dog being tired together and-
Being shot
Put through a log cutter
Thrown into the sea with a lump of concrete tired to them.
Shot into space
Put through a saw mill
Given the chainsaw massacre treatment
And many other fun filled family activities. The dog looks stupid and the owner does too. Although saying that, it depends on what it is being dressed in. Just a dog coat is fine, but anything cowboy like or princess like warrants the above :)
NOO, the Dog shouldnt be punished it dosent want to be dressed up, the Owner should be spat on in the street.

my chihuahua only has coats such as a rain proof one and a couple of winter ones so we can still walk her.

It's wrong to me, I don't think dogs should be dressed, they don't need to be unless it's like a jacket when they're out walking.
They're born to survive in the wild, they don't need damn clothes.

No it's wrong, the closest i've ever come is putting a santa hat on my labrador on christmas :)
Ive put a santa hat and an xmas scarf on my cat at christmas, just so i could take his picture, that is all.

It doesnt really bother me, if someone wants to dress their dog let them dress their dog. Personally I wouldnt dress my dog, but others are different.
i think its ok if its not ott, maybe a little coat for a small dog in the winter but hoodies + trousers & shoes i think is just cruel.

I think it's pretty stupid really.
My mum dressed up our old dog in a fairy outfit she made for some competition and i told her she was stupid. but it did look pretty cool
putting sunglasses on dogs is alright though cus they look mega cool!
Doesn't bother me, but i'm sure the dog's get a bit pissed off. :L
I dont think its wrong, i just think it looks dumb :P
