Go to argos or somewere like that, I am sure your town has a bag shop, go in there and have a look around. I got one from there which was really nice 20pound and everyone liked it and was pretty unique.
just go into a clothes shop and they usually have some:P

yeah i am going into sixth form and i just bought a h&m bag for 10 pound its plain and black and i'm not sure how long it will last lol. but i like it :P Jjust pic a bag that you like and that will fit what you need in it :)

I got one that looks the same as the one you have seen, except mine has grey around it instead of it being fully black. I got it for £10 in a shop called 'Blue Ink' in Wolverhampton. It was a really random clothes shop that I passed by and decided to have a look.
If I was you, I would do the same as I did, and just go to the nearest shopping centre and look around for any type of boys clothes shops, they all have these strap bags.
i was in the trafford centre yesterday and seen a fit one in Bench for £35. i know you dont wanna spend that much but if worst comes to worst and you dont get one you like then get it from Bench and not debenhams ;-)
