Maybe the switch turns on/off all animated furni at once? Anyway, we'll probably find out tomorrow 'cause since the BETA Habbo arrived the hotel gets updated the last week of the month :P...well so it seems.
The moodlight is the best ever furniture ever in habbo, as makes theme rooms so much better now.
