When I use both of my thumbs on my iPhone I can text almost as fast as I can on my laptop which is like lightening. Then on the old fashioned phones that have 3 letters per button I can text pretty fast considering it's one of them keyboards but it isn't actually that fast if you know what I mean. :/
I hate touch screen phones i suck with them. I text almost as fast as i type on my little 40.00 Nokia phone. But then again i'm a text addict. I remember i sent around 300 texts in a little over a day once o.O

I type really fast, i use an on-screen qwerty (HTC Magic) and if I make a small mistake I leave it and the phone corrects itself, all in proper grammer and spelling.
I text like a 40 year old man with cateracts. IE - very slowly.

I'm slow at texting on the phone i have now (LG Viewty Lite) because its a touch screen one but with a normal one i can probs write all that << in about 20 seconds
