The problem with killing Osama bin Laden would be that he's a scapegoat and in the pocket of the United States government. Try killing the former Bush administration if you feel so bitter about 9/11.
Depleted conspiracy theories aren't fact for the record. I know it would cause mayhem killing the leader of the biggest terrorist organisation but I think once it settled down it wouldn't be so strong.
