I have loads of unopenable presents, i've tried contacting habbo several times but they wont do anything about it.
You're not allowed it opened, sorry mate. I have a few thrones and samovars lol.

That is really strange, have you contacted Player Support already?
You can call a Moderator via the orange ? when in a room... But I think they will tell you to contact player support...
Yeah, player support should give u the throne and take the present
how do you know its a throne?
does it like appear to open with throne but just stays as gift and no throne?
The reason you can't open them is because of all the bruted accounts back in 2005/2006ish...
Moderators decided to avoid loads of people gaining thrones and destorying the trade-values they'd stop Moderators from opening them (aka replacing the presents with the furniture).

Yeah it tells you whats inside now, shows in a little code on the tag.
If you contact player support, they dont seem to want to bother helping you open it :P
Omg can't ione's gifts be opened any more???? And is the thing that says what it is, a glitch?
They can't open them and get the gift or something, I don't think it's them being awkward, I'm sure it's some sort of technicality. I know in some cases they let you choose an item out of the catalogue. They won't give you a throne because a lot of the time the accounts have been compromised and are no longer with the original owner.
can the mods tell its actuaally a throne inside?

@visa your account was made in 2006 so you don't have an ione's gift.
@mickword you can't trade presents.
I have tons of *bruted* accounts with thrones in ione's gifts on them, like the rest of you probably do as it's not difficult which is precisely why they're locked lol.

it may contain samovar or holopod
