Hey,
Need some advice, anytime I go clubbing I always get mad thirsty after dancing for ages, even if I drink another pint my mouth still stays all dry, so last night when I got thirsty I tried to drink water, I must of had 5 glasses of water but my mouth was still dry. I know drink dehydrates you, but is there any possible way to drink and not get extremly thirsty?
Drink tons of water before you go out, it'll help not get dehydrated.

Spirits:
- Makes you gassy
- Is farrrrr more fattening
- Fills you up with liquid so you need the loo more
- Is lower content hence needing to buy more
- Smells
- Contain a lot less calories
- Won't make you need the loo every 5 minutes
- Are a higher alcohol content hence needing to buy less
- Only tastes bad at the very time you drink it

Mmm, yes, because you're binging your body is getting rid of liquid quicker, so making you dry, if you drink water before hand, your body stores it so it is hydrated, you can try spirits, but i'm not sure at all.

I drink beer when I go out to clubs, simply because most aussie males do. I find having a softdrink (add some alcohol if you want) after a few beers sorts my mouth when it is all salivary.
what are spirits ? kinda off topic
but when i go clubbing i always drink liquor mostly vodka beer at a club is a bad idea unless your just buying them there and having a few.
When I go out, I ALWAYS drink vodka redbull in clubs, and I find it very rare that my mouth goes dry, maybe at the end of the night say 5-6am I'll have a coke or fanta.
yea it will a bit not too much though when i go out with hockey we have to drink 3 pints before so if you pass out you don't die or something like that :eusa_dancQuote:

So i think i was pretty dehydrated anyway i just had a bottle of water once and then woke up the next morning with my brain shrinking by like a cm a second :P!

Drink milk before you go out! Lines your stomach too so you can drink more without being sick. :)
or drink milk after and just be sick everywhere.
I'm not a drinker...obviously...
but I have 2 friends that drink sometimes and they usually just try to drink water in between drinks...or some other kind of non alcoholic drink that wont make you sick. also be careful how much water you drink as it can lead to water poisoning just like with ecstasy, I recommend finding something that wont make you sick/a couple things that wont make you sick and drinking bits of them in between alcoholic drinks so you don't dehydrate. don't binge either, the more you drink at once the thirstier you get.
Never heard the term spirits for liquor before but I'm from Canada maybe thats why?Quote:

We just call it liquor or if its vodka we call it vodka or rum, rum w/e the name we call it by that or just call it liquor...

Liquor (licker) is not the same as liqueur (lickyoor), which is like Baileys and stuff made with fruits and herbs etc. Liquor is a general word for spirits but not really used in the UK
Yeah i was talking about liquor not liqueur. But yeah i guess that makes sence then
