Basically I said how my billboard badge doesnt work (again) and here is my reply:

Never seen that PS staff before. I've emailed about badges before and got this reply and mine were sorted, although this musta been like 2008 time.

Everything to do with Habbo Help seems to be more trouble than it's worth... They just make it too awkward and irritating that in the end sometimes they don't even do anything.

Well, I think that is because Hotel Managers are the ones who award Badges... Yes, it looks an unfulfilled reply but actually could have the job done...

Not the first snotty response I've seen from the mods. I've had them message me back saying "That user is a loser, I'm banning him," and then there was the mod that came into HxHD and said, "so, I hear you guys are *****ing about me," because we had been talking about how much of a horrible moderator he was:P

I've emailed them loads of times about that badge and nothing was ever done. Lol funny to think I won it about 4 years ago or something and now I've quit before it's even been fixed.

No but I have the badge, but somehow the upload is muffed up.

Yeah so do I. Originally the image was only broken on my Habbo Home, but since Habbo BETA, it's also been broken on the client.

I have that badge, same problem for the NSPCC one aswell.
I emailed and they said
'We already know about this error and will look into it in future'
So basically I have a badge that doesn't work. What's the point?

They're lazy ***** cos it would take literally like a minute to locate the file and upload the correct image. And so far it's taken roughly 4 years.

Habbo Staff doesn't fix badges, and Sulake also doesn't do it. So you will stay with this problem. But I'll email a Staff about it ;)
