Yes because our society actually attacks black people, which is true. If you saw 2 20 year olds, one black and one white then you'll see it as the black is the bad guy yet alot of criminals are white in UK.

3 years is disgusting to be frank, and no doubt he will probably get police protection once he's released seeing as his name and photo have been announced.

Wouldn't it be easier for the sentance to be:

3 years
Cut of his penis
Cut off his hands, so he cannot molest people
The piss in his face and laugh at him.

He should have his penis and hands cut off before he goes to jail so he can't stop nobody from raping him the sick freak.

They shouldnt give him protection when he gets out, if they don't then the percentage of someone killing him will raise to 80%!

If this was Canada he probably wouldn't of even gone to prison because of the youth criminal justice act. Lame.

Such a leniant sentence simply because of his age.

He knows what he was doing, and he knows it was wrong. He should be convicted like any other criminal.

I know she wouldn't be the strongest but if a 13 year old can take down a 20 year old then she must be weak or really clumsy

He attacked her from behind by the throat n kicked n punched her and said he'd kill her if she didn't do what he said so I doubt the fact he was 13 made much of a difference to how horrible it must of been for her ;/
