I rang Habbo to get my account unbanned (lol sad i know) and they said i had to use the help tool as they wont unban people over the phone any more?
Anyone know why? I was able to get unbanned over the phone like two years ago.

what was your ban for? - Habbo might just unban people if they believe they was wrongly done or someone had hacked into their account and permed them, over the phone.
and yeah, a lot of people called the Habbo Offices when they got banned and it usually worked ~ so much quicker then the HHT as well.
Probably because whoever answered the calls used to unban EVERYONE and also the Habbo Help Tool is the Holy Grail

But i just asked to be unbanned, she didnt ask for my Habbo name or anything. She just told me to use the help tool :(
they'll know who you are from when you used to spend hundreds of pound on credits a week.

I think its cause they want to have each like appeal documented, and over the phone its hard to do that.
