Habbo Updated - Friend Requests

It's a problem that some stumble across more often than others, but ultimately we all do at some point. We're in a room, having fun and we only notice our friend requests once we've already left the room. How can we possibly remember who all the friend requests are from, after all, what's in a name?

The new friend request bubble feature aims to help you overcome this problem by showing you exactly who has sent you a friend request, right there and then. Before you start worrying that all these bubbles are going to get out of control and become annoying, we'd like to tell you about how you can use them.

- You can simply choose to accept or ignore the friend request straight away.
- You can hover your mouse over the bubble and then move it away.
- You can drag the bubble to the side of your screen.

When I tick yes in the bubble, it still says I have a friend request from that person, from my console and I can't accept or decline it :S

It was yes but putting down any form of patch prevented it, now it happens even if a petal or cobbled is down

I'm pretty sure the old console a while back had a similar feature that you could hover over the console to accept/decline friend requests?

Edit: Turns out it was introduced in V21 and then removed in V22 when the brand new console was released, some habbo trivia there for you :P

I really like being able to deal with friend requests this way. Now all the client needs is a kick command and we're all set :)

I don't like it, the bubbles pop-up and get in my way or distract me if I'm playing a game. There was nothing wrong with the old method imo

I really don't like it! The old system was alot better so its great both are there!

I don't however feel its much use, and as has been said time really could of been spent on better things.

Good point - I imagine it's a great alternative to trading people to distract them during games :(
