I was just in the event and I saw this naked habbo walk in, and I was like WTH! So I searched the homepage and he's still naked! Is this a new glitch, cause the habbo was made today :S

The current way isn't a script at all, infact far from it.
It's to do with when you link your Facebook with Habbo and the way the link shows the character.
