I rang once, asked to be unbanned. ludus said no.
I rang again and said unban me please, a woman told me to use the HTT.
I rang again to get a name change. Woman told me to use HTT.

I rang again and just hung up. She rang back and went:

Me: sorry wrong number
Woman: Oh I am so sorry -laughs at herself-
