Habbo Club gifts are no longer being delivered direct to your hand at random. Instead, you may choose the item from the Catalogue.
Habbo Club gifts are just one of the many benefits that you receive when joining, but we used to simply send you an item from a randomly arranged list. Gone are these days as we will now simply award you a Gift Point for each month that you are a member, from now onwards.
The Gift Points can be used to purchase an item of your choice from the new Habbo Club Gifts Catalogue page. On this page you will find the full list of Habbo Club items are available to you. You can store up as many Gift Points as you like before using them to purchase the item of your choice.
1 Month of Habbo Club = 1 Gift Point
1 Gift Point = 1 Habbo Club Furni
The longer you stay a member of Habbo Club, the more items of Furni you will unlock.

It's arrived!

I quite like the idea that you still have to be a member a certain amount of months before you can 'unlock' certain gifts. I didn't think they'd bother with that. Whether that will make much difference in the long run though I'm not sure.

Yes this seems to be an okay update now :) However would like to have seen some new additions to the habbo collections, i can pick any i like.

I think its a quality idea I have not actualy witnessed it myself yet and I proberly wont due to habboclub being over-rated but still a good idea x

Anyone think HC Sofas are going to drop in value now?

Neither, why would you pick a clubsofa when you could pick a majestic with 3x the value of a hc sofa? All the high rated Habbo club rares will decrease to the same price as a clubsofa, or less in time to come.

A key note would be to remember you actually have to have been a member for the same amount of months to choose a gift. Like you still cannot choose the butler until you have been a member of HC for 22 months..

This update is actually handy, my next gift would of been rubbish but instead i picked a hc sofa :P

But instead of getting a crappy gift in the next rotation, you can buy the highest value gift ;)

Silly idea imo.

Better than that crappy Hc stuff, anytime! The longer you are a member the better the gifts though.

When you choose your gift, say a tubmaster which requires 1 month member, do you lose 1 month picking it?

If that the case then its worse than the older system..

22 month for butler is ridiculous, maybe butler will start to rise?

Not sure about this but the system is resetted? so if anyone buys hc member now it starts at 0 month..?
If that the case no-one will get a butler until 1yr and 10month.. lol

HC's will be severely effected by this, seeing how they could be seen as just as rare as a seasonal.

^ No, you have to wait till the start of the month to chose the gift.

tyipical i just got my last club gift and now i have to wait another month to get a bloody point :P

What you think this will do the Hcs?, since u need 0 Month
Plus will butler go up or down since it will be 22 months till any1 get 1..

I think this is a rather good idea!! The values will be affected in someway, but I am sure people will adapt. :)

True, however if everything costs the same amount of "gift points", then they will all have the same value in terms of furni (in theory). So whatever you have unlocked, you could purchase and trade it for the HC item you want. Example, you could have up to a medieval bookcase unlocked but you want a butler, you buy the bookcase which has the same value as the butler because they all cost the same, then just find someone who has a butler already, but has no points but wants a bookcase.
People will still hold on to the old values of HC furni for a while, however once the number of people using the new system increases, valuing everything at the same price will become the norm.

It's a good idea apart from the fact that rares are going to drop in value. Not just the HC.

I quite like the idea, it makes people choose their gift which is nice idea but i think many people will go for the throne sofas or the club sofas. still it is one of the best updates habbo has made so far!

Omg lol, how is Habbo Club 'Over-rated' What an understatement.

Anyway, seems a fair idea, I guess it'll drop Club sofa prices, although it shouldnt as they've always been easy to get hold of, just by making a new account and making it HC.

I think for members of habbo club who have been members for years (gold hc) should get more points beacuse then they get to feel good about HC. still its not bad idea with these things.

Also, i think the rares that came out before collectables are now turning to seasonal and the new rares coming out soon are becoming 'Rares' thats my theory. :P

Right, I've been HC for 57 months now and in 11 days I get to pick a gift. Will I be able to grab a butler straight away or will I have to go 22 months without having a gift to save the points up for one? I'm slightly confused.
