could i get this guy done with sexual harrassment?

long story short;

we were sitting outside college, the guys started drinking & getting rowdy
one thought it'd be hilarous to pour salt down my top
i ran round the corner to get it out my bra, i took the bra strap off but kept everything else on
he came over with the other guys n offered 2 put it back on n i stupidly let him
he took it right off and got me on the ground. it sounds worse than it was but still. then he got my top off n ran away.
anyway i did get covered straight away but thats not the point, he gave me it back n said to stop overreacting it was just a laugh, even my boyfriend thought i was overreacting


anywaayyyy if i do tell my tutor or whatever, i'm gonna have to explain why i was skiving class which never goes down well. dunno if its worth it n if anything will get done bout it. he was 20 fgs i dont want to put up with that

no seriously yeah you could get him done for sexual harrassment EASY plus there must be cameras around since its by college innit.

no cameras outside there hence why we were drinking:P
he got a video but i made him delete it, dont really fancy using it as evidence anyway

damnn crap... i think you might as well report it and hope someone steps forward i guess.

He deleted the video after sending it to ryan. That's the only reason why ryan wants you to report it

Yes you could, but you would have to be deadly serious about doing it. The consequences regardless of the outcome will change the environment at college and the people you are around. I know its pretty negative but you also have to get someone to back you up for it to get anywhere and even then its bleak. But you have to take it really serious if you do so.

I would if i was in your situation.

Once in P.E a boy pulled down my trousers and ripped my boxers. It was snowing on that day so thankfully i had the snow to cover up my nuts and bolt.

I think you should put it down to experince as they may consider that you contributed to the situtation by not finding somewhere private to sort out the problem knowing that the boys had been drinking.
There is no excuse for his behaviour though and he should apologise and your boyfriend should perhaps asking him to. It is not sexual harrassment it is actually assault.

:o Sounds like he will end up on the sex offenders register if he does things like that often. The scary thing is how much further will he go when hes had a bit more to drink or in a more private place with some other girl. (I am sure you will keep your distance after this)

I find your boyfriends reaction pretty poor :o If somebody had done that to my girlfriend I would have ended up in big trouble for my own actions.

if you did use snow, then there wouldn't be much to cover because it's freaking cold!! and we all know stuff shrinks in the cold..

After having another look at the thread title I would like to change my answer.

Yes, you can do him with sexual harassment but remember that two wrongs don't make a right

Report him.
I mean he's 20, what the hell is he doing going around thinking thats okay to do even if he was only "having a laugh". It's not necessary and could even be put under sexual assault. So okay he didn't physically do anything to you, but that doesn't give him the right to behave like that.
If you don't want to report him, you could always do something to humiliate him and get even..... (but that might just be me being just as childish aha, but it'll serve him right as what comes around goes around!)

He got me to the floor - The snow did help cover up everything. I couldn't feel my hands.. so embarrassing. :@

Your boyfriend's reaction was pretty shocking tbh. I would dump him - I wouldn't make no boy touch my girl.. it was as if he had no respect for you.

yesterday the same guy pushed me in to the disabled toilets at college while his friends kept the door closed and he took off his belt, just being all "you know you want to". he's only gotten this bad since i have a boyfriend, when i was single i would normally joke about saying to go for it but he's never gone this far before

anyway i got out, he apologized but i said **** it, asked my "friends" to be witnesses for the friday thing, obviously i can't prove anything from yesterday cause it was only us 2 in the toilets. both of them tried to get me not to tell (:S) and "calm down" and just explain to him i don't like it. apparently i'm no fun any longer...

i told my tutor n he's gonna do something about it, i've not been to college so dunno whats gonna happen really. & yeh you're right my bf has no respect for me cause he said i brought it on myself.

This is so bad. He thinks he can get away with this behaviour. I am surprised your b/f has taken this attitude. You certainly have done the right thing in reporting as it is probably if he is not stopped it could well happen again and also
his behaviour would certainly repeat itself. You are probably saving other girls having to go through this humiliating experince and should be commended for it. =]

You have done the right thing, i'd of reported the first thing and the second, he can't really deny the second if you have witnesses for the first.

Reporting it to the college is a start but remember how anything like this makes the college look bad so expect a cover up and a few quiet words (The guy should be thrown out). If you have taken time off because of this then its ruining your education so I think you should take this complaint to the police :o The guy has serious issues and needs to be dealt with properly.

nah wasn't off because of that but i'm glad i am. hes leaving college soon as he's been offered a job, wonder what they'll think of this
