Well there's only three things you can really do;
A) Ignore it and move on with life, it's not nice but things like this do happen.
B) Remove her as a friend and forget all about it
C) Tell a parent, maybe they'll have a word with the other ones parent? Considering she's moving away in two days and you risk causing a great fuss over it, it's probably not worth bothering.
While I can sort of see why you want something to be done (although I am a bit dubious seeing how simple the insult was), it's probably best to leave it and move on. oh and to ignore her.

Her parents are just a friggin bad, her mum can't afford to pay her school dinner bill because she's a druggy, her brother has been excluded from school and her dad is just weird.
