Wow. That's quite shocking. I didn't think it was going to be true that he's left. He's done so much recently, and when it comes to the communication side of things - he is the best at it. Sulake are usually crap at communicating with users, which changed when Ludus came to Habbo UK.
Fair play to the lad, if he wants to make a better life for himself go for it :)

I agree, and in all seriousness if ludus is leaving I think that fansite will go just downhill. I think all their staff will just go back to which ever fansite they came from.
Shame to see an active member of staff leave. I think he made a good decision though.
Well that would be a shame as that would mean they have just 'backed the wrong horse' and only went there because it was Ludus. I would be disappointed if these were their reasons. It's lasted a lot longer than some and hopefully they will remain loyal to it.Quote:

Remember guys, he could still of been sacked. He's not exactly going to say on Facebook "Just been sacked lol, gonna finish my degree". If you've been sacked, you'd still claim to everyone else you've left. Glad to hear this though, I didn't experience him too much, but I hated his attitude towards HxF, his rival fansite and I experienced his mass kicking during the Habbo Exchange riots, clearly an idiot.
The way he phrased "immediately" makes it sound like he has been sacked though. Generally a resignation takes weeks to happen as it's not an immediate thing, unlike sacking.
I'm afraid this will probably remain a mystery much like Callie's departure from the hotel.

In a couple of months I will be leaving the business to pursue my education, although technically this will be my last day (I have a lot of holiday days to use up! ;).
I have known the Habbo brand for a long time and this decision is obviously a difficult one, and I will keep my early goodbye message very short as you are all busy and have lots to do! ;)
Sulake is a Company which has amazing potential and I have faith that the storm will soon pass and you will continue to dominate the social game (PLEASE push Zynga aside! ;) - Habbo is one of the oldest social networking sites and has continued to stand tall and strong when their competitors have drifted off into obscurity! I think he's made a good decision in a way, and maybe he felt that his education would limit his future career opportunities, or simply fancied a change.
He always seemed to do well with the community and was good at hosting events, and even provided a lot of nightime events I believe, which was something fun.
I think he did have a unique following too, and he seemed quite close to a lot of people, most likely joined with his forum.
Good luck to him though! And I agree with Mel, Bucho was my favourite! :D
