Just yesterday at roughly 5-6 PM I experienced a horrible death. It took a huge toll on me. Right now i have a headache, can't go to sleep (its 1:56 AM here), and Im having flashbacks. I need help going back to sleep and I really do not want to talk about it on the forums. I need some advice and well I thnk I can't go on...
I tried being online so I can take my mind of things...
Everyone greives in there own different ways. when u loose somebody you love its hard to realise that they are truely gone. i dont no the circumstances of death but you really need to get on with your life. thats most proberly what this person would of wanted. from experience i no its very hard when you loose people you love. as for getting to sleep, take a few sleeping tablets and rest your head. turn all lights off and try not to think about anything. relax your whole body. thats all the advice i can give. Hope you feel better <3
No, its much more far worst because Im young and Im the one who found the body...

Turn off all the lights and breatle slowly
In and out.
Close your eyes.
And control your breathing
You wil.l eventually relax and hall asleep <3
Man, that must be pretty disturbing i feel for you :] have you told anyone? If you haven't you should, it'll make you feel better also as spank said, try and carm down and think through what has happened to you, also it may be hard but try and think about something else, something which will take the other thought out of your mind.
I have fallen asleep but im having flashbacks about what happened and it is making my condition worst.
Hm, dor tonight thats all youve got to do but i think counsiling might help you through this in the long term.
Maybe you should see a Phychiatrist (Or however you spell it) because they will help and you can talk through it all with them.

I can't sleep... flashbacks...
Try listening to some carm soothing music it might help you to sleep and sort of take the thoughts out of ya mind.

It is 3 in the morning here.
I say speak to s family member or remeber the good times with the person who passed away or put your head into a pilow and let them tears out :(.
you need consouling or how ever you spell it my friend had to have it when he found a dead body

Either have consouling , pop some nytol or naturally fall asleep
