Nope due to it being released on at least one of the EN (english speaking) hotels - UK.
The way they're categorised:
Supers - unreleased on all EN hotels
Rares - released on at least one EN hotel
Don't be forgetting that Diner Poster now ;)
I was told that the diner poster was released along with the diner furniture in another hotel :S lol.

Diner posters haven't been released in any English hotel. Super on UK. USA it's a prize for Stay Pixles but it would take you a min of 30 months to win one, none are currently out there. And no I'm not just saying that because I have some lol :P
