However odd this may seem, I know people who like them and people who dislike them. I was wondering, are you afraid at all in the plane journeys or can you cope fine with no anxiety at all?
I am very nervous because a lot of 'What if' questions drive my mind, because however small a probability it is, the things still could happen.
Also, do you like crashing down? I actually don't mind it because I like the plane when it drives down the runway.
What's your thoughts? :)
I'd be in the wrong profession if I did have any problems with flying :P

my dad hates flying, i get abit nervous and im always looking around at the start but once we take off im fine.
they dont bother me at all but i do get bored for anything longer than 4 hour
The one thing that makes me laugh is when the aircraft hits a large air pocket and drops a few hundred feet and everyone just gasps thinking they're going down :D
No I'm generally fine although the ears popping is awful for me. "chew gum", im chewing away and its not working! :(

Only been on a place twice and I hated the journey there but loved it on the way back for some reason! Love take off, love flying, love landing! :D
Plane journeys don't bother me much. I just take a book or something and usually end up sleeping through everything anyway.
Landing and takeoff is fun, so is turbulence. Long flights are just boriung though
I do worry sometimes but it does ease off once we take off; its just the ear popping and boredom that really irritates me.
i like flying. gone so many times you get used to everything.
You're more safer in an aircraft at 30,000 feet than you are in a car on the motorway.
I enjoy taking off. I would also enjoy landing to if I didn't suffer from severe aeroplane ear. :(
Flying doesn't worry me, it's just so boring and tedious is all and I never seem to be able to sleep on a plane. The only times I feel a bit dodgy is when I go to Ireland on RyanAir - picture a single-decker bus with wings and that's pretty much what it feels like.

When I first got on a plane I was a bit nervous regarding the take off, it was an odd feeling back then. But now I love flying, every single bit of it!
I also don't think about the "what if's" like you mentioned in your first post. :P
i love it tbh. love the take off lol and when it lands, that feeling when the wheels connect with the ground and then it just stops rapidly, love it.

Being a pilot was something I was intrested in when I was younger. Then I found out I was colour blind and that put a stop to that.. :PQuote:

Thankfully I never got too intrested in it (just thought it would be an amazing profession when I was younger) or else I would have been annoyed.
My Uncle lives in the centre of London and travels to Las Vegas a lot for recreation and business. He's currently taking flying lessons over in there (considering buying a small plane) but says it's really hard work. While training, for every hour you spend in the air you have to do something like three hours theory work. It seems really confusing, making sure the plane balances, air pressures, which way the wind blows, landing.. etc.

The weird thing is I dont really like flying, but I'm interested in airlines and the amount of power certain planes have, especially Boeing 747s. Its the best feeling when they fully start the engines and you speed down the runway. I'd love that throttle on my car lol.
I'm fine with flying except I don't like the take off for when the plane evens out and you get that floaty feeling :P
I remember once I had really bad ear ache after a flight landed I couldn't move for about 15 minutes or so :(
