Reason is, all the AVs are to stop PC malware (ie. if you're sharing files with them).
There's no reason to use any protection at the moment since most trojans require the user to be really stupid.
I use McAfee simply because it came with my laptop :)
And even people who are very computer efficent and security concious can get infections. Its always better being safe than sorry. I use BitDefender total security for antivirus, antispyware, firewall and also a pit of tune up, have windows firewall off because it doesn't really do much. I also have my routers built in firewall.Quote:
