3-0. And I'd keep Green in. Start with Rooney and Heskey and bring Defoe on for Rooney around 65 mins (A)
I have a bet on Rooney to score first, not sure why he was terrible vs Yanks.

Lennon and Johnson can't play together, like so many combinations in the squad. If they're going to persist with GJ (and they probably have to) then Lennon shouldn't play. Lennon is being forced to play infield where he is half the player.

Heskey shouldn't play- I feel sorry for him because it's not his fault, but he isn't making things tick for us.
Joe Cole is probably the most left-sided player in the squad, he has to play.
