He seems to be bringing into question the right of people to have an opinion on this issue, which makes him sound stupid at times. He should be (and does sometimes throughout the interview) challenge the opinion head on rather than question the right of it - thats the right way to go about it.
Mhmmm hearing it a second time, he doesnt seem to question her right to an opinion. I disagree with her on all points though, but these groups should be allowed in the name of freedom of speech and democracy - everybody has a right to an opinion.
