The tech section is one of my favourite places of a forum so you'll probably see me posting around here a lot. Anyway as you can probably tell by my name I'm an Apple fan. Nothing wrong with any of the other leading technology brands but I just love Apples products, the design of them and also the operating systems. While I have a thread going I was just wondering if there is a way to get GTA IV on my Mac, the graphics wouldn't be bad at all I don't think. Thanks. :)
The only way I can imagine it being possible would be to use bootcamp and run it on windows.

I used Parallels to play that game on my iMac, worked quite good.
P.S. Matt Garner eats Apple fanboys for breakfast, we must not let the enemy within sight ;)

I'd suggest running it in Boot Camp; making another partition on your disk with a copy of windows to play it on. One of your Mac OS X install disks should have all the boot camp utility software and drivers on.
To start a Boot Camp installation go to Applications -> Utilities -> Boot Camp Assistant (then choose how big you want your partition), put your Windows disk in, restart + install, boot into windows (Hold Alt from the start-up chime), put your Max disk in and install the software/drivers. Done.
You could of course go for virtualization as HotelUser suggested, though it's likely to be a little more sluggish than running it natively using Boot Camp.
GTA IV would run terribly in Parallels IMO. As Apolva posted, I'd go for bootcamp :)

GTA can run okay in Parallels, but admittedly it would be better in bootcamp.
