I suppose it's because people never get answers to their questions from any alternative source. When people see a mod or staff they immediately look to get the questions they have been asking for years answered. I know what you mean, they block them in the corner and they can't even move, rofl. It wasn't that she had the badge on going in, so that people would talk to her about drugs... Just she was scanning through her badges (of which she had her staff badge originaly) and noticed she had one, then said "Why do I have a frank badge?".
