I always use a headset mic. Just go to your local pc world or something, they have some fairly cheap ones and most of them work rather well!
When I'm in skype calls, I'm complimented on having the best mic. Myheadset was £1 from poundland. LOL
Argos do cheap mics under twenty pound it'd be worth checking out :)
I use a logitech which was £15 from argos!
I use My cam mic cause i cba going out to buy one 8-)
I've got a Philips SHM7410 full-size stereo headset which i got from Argos for £24.99 (It's brilliant)

Ive got a built in one on laptop, for xbox i use Turtle Beach X31, cost £90 new last december
