Also agility would be helpfull sometimes to take shortcuts

You also need combat skills if you have to fight someone...

You also need emotes, coz sometimes you have to do emotes altho they come free with your player which is nice.
once it told me to do fishing cape emote at tuturial island but i wasn't 99 fish n tut island didn't exist anymore so i didn't know wot 2 do
I would recomend having a good summoning level so u can use followers like ice titan to help you with your clues
you also need to be level 30+ on world of warcraft for some of the new'r clues
Also its very handy to have 96 slayer coz them ice monster drop them like 1:100.
a good theivin level is nice cosu can just fief hams then
Also a nice construction level would be nice so you can make a portal room and then you get free teles to diffrent places which is very handy.
also helps to have an oak plank in your invent
Also It can be usefull to have lunar/ancient spell book so you can tele to places you would not be able to on normal
and a high dg level just incase one of the tasks requires you to go to a dg dungeon
