It wont look trampy because you can get those jeans with the holes all over them... it will just look like those.
Depends what jeans they are as Luafinch said you do get jeans that are ripped but if they are like skinnys or some kinda other ones you dont get like that well u will look kinda weird

Depends on how you ripped it. If it looks like you brought them ripped then they're okay to wear. But if it looks like you did it yourself it might be a bit weird, it's all about the ripping skills.
ripping it yourself is the only possible way it can look good. i dont understand how people buy ripped jeans, they're clearly artificial rips, it just makes you look like you spend a lot of money on defective garbage.Quote:

throw them out, jeans that are not supposed to have rips in them slowly get bigger and bigger when worn and one day when you're out it'll get really big and look silly, my mate did her own rips and they ended up falling to pieces.
Depends on what jeans they are. If they're expensive, cry a bit, then keep wearing them, if they were cheap chuck them out.
Slash a few more into them, if they look cool, keep em, if they fail, what have you lost ?

I hate clothes that have been made to have rips in them, if you like that sort of thing and the rip looks like its supposed to be there then i dont see why not.
i love ripped jeans, a lot of people think they look trashy though.
I don't like ripped jeans personally but depending how it's ripped it could look alright, like others have said you could rip some more holes in and it would probably look alright!
Make a few more rips in them to make it look usual and a bit more 'real' lol, you might get away with it but like the above has said sometimes they will fall apart :L

i love ripped jeans but they gotta be done properly or they do look trampy. taking scissors and cutting a huge hole would look ridiculous! google how to do it properly so it looks good and then keep wearing them! i'm sure one accidental hole can be fixed to look decent
