Not much information at all available. It's due to be released August 26, 2011. I thought that number 4 was the last one because the film's tag line was "Death saved best til last"

Oh my god this and Saw are being milked 'til the cow squeels. The fourth was awful compared to the first three
even so, loads of people will want to see it at least once :)
can't wait to see it
Jesus christ, couldn't they just quit while they were ahead.

Nobody should go to watch Final Destination for the fine acting and the great script because there's none of that in any four of the films. Final Destination is about the graphical content of the deaths and that is all it should be about. Anybody got any idea what deaths might be added this time round? Final Destination four was pure comedy with the OTT deaths so surely it'll only get worse?
I've only ever watched the 3rd and 2nd one but i loved both of them but i didnt fancy the 4th one it didnt look as appealing as the others nor this one
I found this on youtube dunno if it is the actual trailer but :

Yeah i thought so 8-)
That trailer is awesome for a fan-made
i swear i posted this like a month ago
The film hasn't gone into production yet. The "opening diaster scene" is set on a suspension bridge. Tony Todd told me the other day that he is set to star, which is something.
tbh the olny thing tht look legit in tht trailer is the suspension bridge, but they wont have started filimg yet right?
and what use would a month old thread be?
:S :S :S ?????
Anyway, I've always liked the Final Destination films up until the fourth which was complete horse ****. It wasn't just the horrible acting and original death scenething, but the CGI was terrible too. I'm hoping this will be the last and it will go out on a positive note (same with Saw 7).
I'm sure i remember reading somewhere, and if i'm wrong misawa will correct me on this, but apparently the producer said that 4 was meant to be the last but he just couldn't resist doing another. *Waits for misawa to correct me*
What he means by "poor" is the box office performance. It didn't do so well so they've decided to end it before it starts really bombing.
Money is quite an incentive in the film-making industry :p. As long as they make profits they'll keep making them I guess.
Money is the only reason sequels are green lit, and no other franchise since the slashers of the '80s is evident of this than Saw, but that is finally coming to a close next month.
Can't wait! Still have to watch teh first one! :)
