If you meant if you were going :
- Cloths
- Some sort of banner
- Pen and paper for autographs!
- mobile
- money for the overpriced t-shirts
- Camera
- tickets
- arrange how your getting and coming back!
If you meant arranging a concert:
- Knowlage of the price of entertainment
- Knowlage of how many people are going
- Find a place to have it at D:
- make sure you have a stage lighting ect
- The date it's going to start
- What time it starts and finishes
- The days you will be having rehersals
- Security
- Dressing rooms
- Things people can buy like t-shirts ect
- arrange a 'meet and greet'
- make a contract!
- have a first aid team ready
Yeah that's all I can think of just now really ;) Good luck with your homework!
Erm... if you are arranging then the most important thing would have to be the band(s) / artist(s) :P
