Shar I am going to miss you around HxHD phenomenally. To nullify any untrue speculation concerning Shar's decision to hand in her resignation I would like to verify that it had nothing to do with anything between her and I. On the contrary everything between us is lovely and has unchanged :)

I remember when you joined the Help Desk and I very much remember seeing you progress throughout the department and befriend just about everyone here, including me. It has bee a pleasure working with you and I truly hope (after the prodding I intend to give) you consider returning to the department some day in the future.

That came as a massive shock to me!
You worked tirelessly in the Help Desk, and we did grow to become good friends when you first began there.
I know our past had a few bumps but I'll never forget how many hours you put into the help desk and the dedication you showed. You were an asset to the helpdesk. :(
