i thought lauren was the same actress for a while, but i can instantly tell this aint the old ben

anyway the only wrong decision i found eastenders producers to make is killing off danielle, she was hortness XD

I wonder if this is a case of SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) where the character comes back after a brief absence a couple of years older!

The new guy looks OK, hopefully he'll be better than the last actor!

it's daft when they change the actor, the character doesn't have the same qualities, it's just like doctor who!

It's good that Lauren and Ben kind of look like the old ones. I doubt the new Lucy will look like the old one as when they last changed her, in comparison looked like she had come from mars :P

Not a very nice thing to say Joseph xD! I actually liked the old Lucy but I do think this one will be completely different to the old old as I think they will try to change the character leading her into another direction.

He looks too old in my opinion but nothing is saying he isn't actually short! (doubt it though)

The new Lauren seems pretty good at the moment, I don't think the new Lucy will be as good though.

at least get someone who slightly resembles him. The worst change in characters had to be the two laurens. The old one was much better.

she couldn't act lol, plus the new lauren has bigger storylines and the old lauren wouldnt of been able to cope.

Alot of people got fired from eastenders when there new producer joined the team.

Also peggy was the orginal killer of archie but last year she told them she would leave so they had to change it to bradley. Ben got fired for **** acting and so did Lucy. think Lauren might have too. But people like Minty/the 2 black girls/lucas ect all got fired too.

2) melissa was fired for inappropriate behaviour out of work
3) she left to focus on college
4) lucas would have left anyway, he wasn't fired it was part of the story

but yeah i like the new lauren, hotter older and isnt so crap at acting. I personally didn't realise the change for about 10 minutes :P
I thought I saw the new ben in that gang that came to "pay respects to billie" (which apparently translates to "having sex billies mum")

it basically looks like he just lost weight and edged slightly closer to puberty! I think the character of Ben is generically annoying so he will be just as if not more so annoying!
