If you spit roast a pig (and I mean like this you dirty devils) the meat is literally beautiful. So pork wins on that count.

In my opinion, pork is only good if it's pulled and chicken is only good if it's grilled.
Generally, I'll prefer chicken. I only eat pork for breakfast (pork sausage; can't stand bacon), whereas I'll eat chicken multiple times a day.
