Idk I remember last year we had sort of a variety. Can't remember what was there cause I just had the Turkey.
Turkey on Christmas Day and Boxing day, then Beef for New Year's, although I dunno what's happening this year cus we have a Turkey, Ham AND Beef... mmmm
We've had turkey in the past but my sister and I hate it so we're having chicken this year :)
We always have turkey on Christmas day and it's usually beef on boxing day

We either have Turkey or Beef. None of us really like turkey, it's a bit dry.. but it's quicker than cooking the beef (well, how we cook it).

If your Turkey's dry you're probably cooking it too hot. It's gotta be done on a low temp for a long time.
It needs slow cooking at something like 120 degrees C oven temperature until the meat closest the centre reaches around 75 degrees C.
Chicken or turkey, I can't actually tell the difference and it's left overs from the night before :P!
