Defo not as good as the last one, the cross over between the songs is too strong and seams a bit jaggy.

Not amazing, but it does sum up this years music :D, and it is catchy!
Argh. At the start it's a bit too hecktic (is that a word) like they say one word and it just moves onto someone else.

It's a shame to be honest, you can tell from the 2010 one that music is becoming more and more auto-tuned and more computer generated as time goes on. It's horrible.

1) 2009 was an BRILLIANT year for pop music and very hard to beat

Last year's was very hard to live up to.. it was just amazing. This is not as good but it serves its purpose and I like it. :)
I think it is good, but I do believe last years was better. He did a pretty decent one for Capital FM's Summer Time Ball this year, I think it was called Like OMG Baby, but yeah, it is pretty good!
Just because of those two points it doesn't mean it isn't allowed to be bad and people can't like it. 2010 was also a good year for pop but some songs just go better together and he was obviously just more lucky with the 2009 one. And the "I'd like to see you do better" is such a rubbish argument because no, obviously we can't do better, but that doesn't mean we have to enjoy it...Quote:

Not a fan of this, 2009 was his best to date. This one is too choppy, especially on the chorus.
(partly his doing, but the songs don't mash as well as previous years)

i dont like dj earworm. tbh even his 2009 one wasn't very good, hes a pretty lazy dj. he just takes one single backing track and adds a bunch of short clips of the simplest pop songs, something i could do on garage band pretty easily if i wanted to. maybe if he would switch up the backing track of the song it would be interesting but he doesnt. really he's just a wannabe girl talk, whos a million times better.

I really like it, maybe it's just because I've liked the songs more than last year but still I think it's as good as ever and roll on United State of Pop 2011 :)

I'm obsessed with it! At first I thought the 2009 one was soooo much better but I love this one almost as much as the previous! I think I prefer the songs used in this one more than last year though. A real grower :D
(plus california gurls is the instrumental for most of it so that's an automatic win)
I still prefer last years, just sounds better. :/
