I'm not gonna' lie. I like it. Pretty unique Alt from what I've seen before. +rep :)
I think that's quite a nice idea, as Arron said :). However, I think maybe the yellow and blue could be a little darker, possible the same colours as the Habbo you took inspiration from :D.
I hate real life clowns, probably because of horror films. This alt is really good and I like the eyes that are in the throne from the Habbo. Combination of colours are also really good but I would use red as well.

Maybe just work on your shading. It's simple but it's effective. :).
